with external insulation - sheets of thickness. 4-8 mm, for temperatures up to 500 °C
with internal insulation - liners thickness. 2-2.5 mm, for flue gas temperatures up to 750 °C

Chimney dampers
Based on your "Basic Design" we will create a Detail Design and prepare production and assembly documentation with subsequent production of the device.
Circular chimney dampers with electric actuator for waste heat boilers, equipped with safety blade opening.
These dampers protect the boiler from rainwater ingress during shutdowns or when it is kept warm.
Diameters from 2 to 10 metres.
For diameters up to 5.8 m a two-shaft design with one drive is used, for larger clearances a four-shaft design with two drives is used.
The uninsulated version is designed for flue gas temperatures up to 150-180 °C. For higher temperatures we supply dampers with internal insulation and protective stainless steel liner.
The flaps are manufactured as two-module or four-module units that can be easily assembled on site.
