Based on your "Basic Design" we will create a Detail Design and prepare production and assembly documentation with subsequent production of the device.
We manufacture according to proven manufacturing processes for pressure vessels, heat exchangers and process tanks with diameters up to 3,500 mm and wall thicknesses up to 40 mm, ideal for industrial plants and the energy industry.

Materials used: S235JR, P265GH, P295GH, P355GH, 16Mo3, 1.4301, 1.4541 and their equivalents according to ASTM.

Product
Expanders
Available in three versions according to the area of application:
boiler expanders
expanders of leachate and operating condensates
drainage expanders
The expanders are available as non-pressure expanders, where the released steam is vented to the atmosphere, or as pressure expanders, which allow efficient use of the waste heat.
In pressurised versions, the steam output can be connected to the feed tank and the heat from the condensate can be used in the heat exchangers - giving customers greater energy efficiency and savings in operating costs.
